Can I order less than 36 garments?

Sorry, our absolute minimum is 36. You may, however mix different garment styles,
colors and sizes as you wish- as long as the entire order is
printed/embroidered with the same graphics.

What format artwork should I provide?

This is the million dollar question. For the short answer, read on.
1 color imprint
Vector artwork, such as Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand or CorelDraw!
are  best. Convert all text to outlines/curves/paths. Define your color as a Pantone (PMS)
spot color. If working in a Paint-type program, like Photoshop, all artwork should be black & white
even if your garment will be printed in a different color. Create your design non-anti-aliased (for an
explanation click here. Resolution should be @ 300 dpi, at the actual size the design will be printed
on the garments. If your design has no shading, just solid lines and fills, change the mode in Photoshop
to Bitmap, using the 50% threshold option. If your design has shading (halftones), save in Greyscale mode.
Save your file in TIF format, with LZW compression. Do not send CMYK or RGB files.

Multicolor imprint
Vector artwork, such as Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand or CorelDraw!
are  best. Convert all text to outlines/curves/paths. Define your colors as  Pantone (PMS)
spot colors.

If you only have a Paint-type program, such as Photoshop, please create spot channels for each colour and assign Pantone (PMS) numbers to them.

Embroidery
You may send us just about anything, as long as it is clear. Resolution and file format are not
an issue. Embroidery digitizing is a very special art. Remember that small details and small
lettering generally cannot be embroidered.
